many old things in it. First we were dropped off at the bottom of the mountain which the town was on and then we took another bus up. Once at the top of the mountain we walked into the church on the square for a little while. When we came out D-Daddy was gone. He came back after a couple minutes and told us that we were all going to see the mayor of this tiny town of around 500 people. He and Grandma had already met him when they were there in October for a Kennesaw State University thing.
I walked to the bus station with Dad, Connor and Helen to see if the driver, Claudio, could help us. Turned out that it was time to go anyways so we went and collected everyone and left, skipping lunch. The air conditioning broke down on the way to Rome, so for the last 40 minutes of our trip we sat in the 90 degree bus. Whoop dee doo.
Once arriving in Rome everyone crowded into the hotel to breathe some cool air. After changing, we went to dinner, then gelato, then back to the hotel for some cards and sleep.
